We Want You to Love Your Order

Every item from Chosen & Called Co. is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order and many include personalized selections, please review the information below before placing your order.


Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Minor variations in shirt color or print placement that naturally occur during production

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or we made an error with your order, we'll gladly make it right.

Examples include:

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size sent (different from what was ordered)

  • Incorrect design or personalization

  • Damaged during production

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. We'll review your order and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We'll gladly help you locate your shipment and work with the carrier whenever possible.
